We will be taking photos of children for a photo frame we are sending home at the end of VBS. We take photos for our end of VBS Showcase. We will also be taking candids and group photos during the event. We post these on our social media pages for parents/guardians to enjoy!
ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of my child or children participating in the 2025 House of Grace VBS:
(a) I fully understand that there are potential risks and hazards associated with the event including, but not limited to, possible personal injury or property damage from tripping or falling. Despite the potential risks and hazards associated with the event, I want my child/children to participate and freely accept and assume all risks and hazards that may arise from his/her/their participation in the event and that could result in personal injury or property damage.
(b) I release the officials, agents and organizers of the House of Grace and The BlackHorse Farm from all responsibility of any nature, including claims for injury, illness, death, loss or damage, resulting from my child’s/children’s participation in the event.
(c) ) I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the officials, agents and organizers from any judgment, settlement, loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees that they may incur as a proximate result of any negligent or deliberate act or omission by me and/or my child/children during their participation in the VBS.
